As Feedzai’s SVP of Customer Success, Carlos Neves leads the company’s global service organization in delivering Customer Experience (CX) excellence. With more than 20 years of service transformation and international business development experience, Carlos has a track record of building and scaling multicultural organizations. Prior to joining Feedzai, he served as Fujitsu’s Head of Global Delivery, where he led a team of 1,700 professionals across Europe and the Americas. His international background—including four years leading operations in Brazil and Costa Rica—provide him with a nuanced approach to regional expansion and stakeholder management. Carlos is an alumnus of the executive education programs at Columbia Business School and IMD.
