Nuno Sousa e Silva

Nuno Sousa e Silva acts as the Head of Commercial and Product Legal at Feedzai. Nuno is a lawyer specializing in Intellectual Property and Competition Law, a partner at PTCS, and Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Portugal. He holds a Law degree, a Master’s Degree, and a PhD from that University and an LLM in Intellectual Property and Competition Law from the Munich Intellectual Property Law Centre. Nuno acts frequently as an arbitrator (including at the UPC Patent Mediation and Arbitration Centre), legal expert, and consultant for companies, governments, and international institutions. He has published five books and over 60 articles on Intellectual Property, Law and Technology, EU Law, Private and Commercial Law.
